Welcome to Monkey Tales Brewing Co.! We’re thrilled to share our passion for great beer, good company, and unforgettable stories with you. By visiting our brewery, attending our events, purchasing from us, or browsing our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). We want to keep things simple, clear, and fair — just how craft beer should be.
1. Age Requirement
You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase our beer, attend events where alcohol is served, or access areas of our website related to alcohol sales. By interacting with us, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We check IDs — no offense, it’s the law (and you still look young to us)!
2. Sales and Consumption
Purchases: Beer and merchandise sales are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities so that everyone gets a chance to enjoy the goods.
Responsibility: Drink smart, be safe. Monkey Tales Brewing Co. is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or other consequences related to alcohol consumption.
Refunds: All beer sales are final. Merchandise (like shirts, hats, and glassware) can be exchanged or refunded within 30 days with proof of purchase.
3. Events, Tours, and Brewery Experiences
Event Access: Some events may have age restrictions, ticket requirements, or space limitations. All ticket sales are final unless otherwise noted.
Assumption of Risk: By attending an event or visiting our brewery, you agree that Monkey Tales Brewing Co. is not liable for any injuries, illnesses, or misadventures that may occur.
Behavior: We’re all about good vibes. We reserve the right to refuse service or ask guests to leave if behavior becomes unsafe or disruptive.
4. Online Orders and Pick-Up
How It Works: Place your order online, get a confirmation email, and swing by the brewery to pick it up.
No Shipping (Yet): At this time, we do not ship beer. Pick-up only!
Unclaimed Orders: Orders not picked up within 7 days may be canceled without a refund.
5. Our Content
Everything you see and love on our website (logos, graphics, images, and beer names) belongs to Monkey Tales Brewing Co. Please don't use it without our permission — but feel free to tag us in your Instagram stories!
6. Your Privacy
Your trust means the world to us.
When you interact with Monkey Tales Brewing Co., we may collect basic information (like your name and email) to send updates about beer releases, events, or brewery news.
We never sell or share your information with outsiders — we’re about building community, not selling it.
